Instructions:

1. Steam florets in a steamer basket for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.

2. Season with a pinch of salt or drizzle with olive oil if desired.

3. Roasted Veggies

Ingredients:

  • Baby potatoes, mushrooms, onions, red peppers
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Chop all veggies and toss with oil and seasonings.

3. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway.
