Crustless Pizza (ZERO Carbs!)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground turkey and break it apart with a rubber spatula. Cook for 4–5 minutes until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the Italian seasonings and remove the skillet from heat.
  5. Mix in the cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
  6. Spread the pizza sauce over the meat mixture. Layer mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni on top.
  7. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza.
  8. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice into four portions, and serve immediately.
