Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey and break it apart with a rubber spatula. Cook for 4–5 minutes until no longer pink.
- Stir in the Italian seasonings and remove the skillet from heat.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the meat mixture. Layer mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni on top.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza.
- Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, slice into four portions, and serve immediately.
