Crockpot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Directions

Step 1: Prep the Pork

Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season all sides with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. This step locks in flavor and adds depth to the glaze.

Step 2: Prepare the Glaze

In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, thyme, and red pepper flakes until smooth.

Step 3: Place Pork in Crockpot

Transfer the seared pork tenderloin to the crockpot. Pour the glaze over the pork, making sure it’s evenly coated.

Step 4: Cook

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the pork is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Step 5: Glaze During Cooking

Optionally, halfway through cooking, spoon some of the glaze over the pork to ensure a rich, sticky coating.

Step 6: Finish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the pork tenderloin from the crockpot and let rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice into medallions and drizzle any remaining glaze from the crockpot over the top.
