Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until well coated.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan if using. Toss again to coat evenly.
- Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet. Make sure florets aren’t touching—this is the secret to crispiness.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle chili flakes or extra Parmesan before serving if you like.
