Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until well coated.
  3. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan if using. Toss again to coat evenly.
  4. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet. Make sure florets aren’t touching—this is the secret to crispiness.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle chili flakes or extra Parmesan before serving if you like.
