Instructions

  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, ensuring all moisture is removed for maximum crispiness.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil. Add brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
  4. Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not crowded.
  5. Cook the wings for 9–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even browning.
  6. Remove the wings from the air fryer and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
