Cheesy Rotel Dogs

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Place the hot dogs inside the buns and transfer them to the baking dish. If you like, brush the buns with melted butter for extra flavor.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Rotel tomatoes (undrained), cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and well mixed.
  4. Spoon the cheesy Rotel mixture generously over each hot dog, making sure they’re fully covered.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions, jalapeños, or cilantro if desired. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness.
