Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Place the hot dogs inside the buns and transfer them to the baking dish. If you like, brush the buns with melted butter for extra flavor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Rotel tomatoes (undrained), cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and well mixed.
- Spoon the cheesy Rotel mixture generously over each hot dog, making sure they’re fully covered.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, jalapeños, or cilantro if desired. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness.
