Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss until the chicken is evenly seasoned.
  3. Add the bell pepper slices to the bowl and stir to combine with the chicken.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Generously sprinkle the cheddar and parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the rich, cheesy flavors.
