Cheeseburgers with French Fries

Instructions for Burgers:

1. Grill or pan-fry beef patties until fully cooked (internal temp: 160°F / 71°C).

2. Add cheese slices on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

3. Toast buns lightly if desired.

4. Assemble burgers with desired toppings and condiments.

Ingredients for Fries:

Russet potatoes, cut into fries

Olive oil or vegetable oil

Salt

Instructions for Fries:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Toss cut potatoes in oil and spread on a baking sheet.

3. Bake for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

4. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
