Cheddar Crab and Shrimp Mini Quiches

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

3. Stir in the crab meat, shrimp, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and paprika.

4. If using phyllo pastry, layer and cut it into small squares to fit a muffin tin, or use mini pastry shells.

5. Place the pastry into the muffin tin and fill each with the seafood mixture.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the quiches are set and golden brown on top.

7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
