Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Melt

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Cook them in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked (about 5–6 minutes per side).

Let rest, then slice into strips.

2. Prepare the Ranch Mixture

In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing with chopped parsley if using.

3. Assemble the Sandwiches

Lay out 4 slices of bread.

Spread some ranch mixture on each slice.

Add sliced chicken, bacon, and a generous amount of cheddar cheese.

Top with the remaining bread slices.

4. Grill the Sandwiches

Butter the outsides of the sandwiches.

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Cook sandwiches until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.
