Ingredients

1 ribeye or sirloin steak (8-10 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp butter
→ Shrimp
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter
→ Cajun Alfredo Sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
→ Pasta and Garnish
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 tsp salt (for boiling water)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or adjust for desired doneness. Add butter and baste the steak for 1 minute. Remove from the pan, let it rest, then slice.
In the same pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Add butter and toss, then set aside.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until creamy, then add cherry tomatoes.
Toss cooked pasta in the Cajun Alfredo sauce. Plate the pasta and top with sliced steak and shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes.
