Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, and milk if desired. Beat well.
2. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Pour in the eggs and stir gently until just set. Remove from heat and serve.
2. Home-Fried Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 onion, chopped
1 green onion, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
Instructions:
1. Parboil or microwave the diced potatoes for 3–4 minutes.
2. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions and peppers until soft.
3. Add potatoes and seasonings. Fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
4. Garnish with green onions.
