Directions

- Mash until completely smooth.
- In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool fully before slicing.
