Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the gravy mix and 1 cup of water until smooth.
- Add the gravy to the skillet and stir to combine with the sausage. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sausage gravy mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top of the sausage and gravy.
- Arrange the biscuits on top of the egg mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown and the eggs are set.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
