Cook the Beef
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat if needed.

- Add diced onion and both bell peppers to the skillet.
- Cook 4β5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Season
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
- Simmer 2β3 minutes so the flavors meld.
Combine with Rice
- Add cooked rice to the skillet. Toss well until the grains are coated and heated through.
Serve
- Spoon into bowls and enjoy as-is, or garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of sriracha for extra heat.
