Banana Split Cheesecake Salad

๐Ÿ“ Instructions:

  1. In a medium tall bowl, using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese until it becomes smooth. It may bind up in the beaters, but continue as is and it will loosen up. Add dry pudding mix. Beat until well combined. ๐Ÿง€
  2. With mixer running slowly add creamer to the cream cheese mix. Add it about a tablespoon at a time and then mix until it becomes a smooth mixture and all of the creamer has combined into the cream cheese. Continue until all of the creamer has been added to the cream cheese. Whip until smooth. โ˜•
  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries, banana coins, pineapples, and lemon juice. Stir until all the fruit is coated with lemon juice.
  4. Add the maraschino cherries and chopped peanuts. ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ
  5. Pour cheesecake mixture over fruit. Gently fold cheesecake mixture into fruit. ๐ŸŒ
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup right before serving. Chill until ready to serve or serve immediately. ๐Ÿซ

Notes ๐Ÿ’ก:

  • To keep the bananas from turning brown, toss them in lemon juice before adding to the salad. ๐Ÿ‹
  • If the cheesecake mixture is too thick, add a splash more creamer to achieve a pourable consistency. ๐Ÿฅ›
  • Serve this dessert as a sweet side or a fun treat at gatherings for a delightful twist on traditional fruit salads. ๐ŸŽ‰
