Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Tater Tot Cones

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat & Prep

  • Heat oven to 400 °F / 200 °C.
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment.
  • Shape the Tater-Tot Cones
  • Arrange tater tots in a triangle shape on the sheet (about 4×4 tots).
  • Bake 10 minutes to soften slightly.
  • While still warm, carefully press and wrap each triangle around a metal cone mold (or shape foil into cones).
  • Return to oven and bake another 15–20 minutes, until crisp and golden.

Cook the Beef

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with a pinch of salt and pepper until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.

Fill & Melt

  • Remove tater-tot cones from molds.
  • Stuff each cone with cooked beef, crumbled bacon, and a mix of cheddar and mozzarella.
  • Place back in oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.

Serve

  • Garnish with optional toppings: a drizzle of ketchup or mustard, diced pickles, or your favorite burger sauce.
  • Serve warm and enjoy as a fun appetizer or game-day snack.
