TOTSONG BANGUS
Introduction
Totsong Bangus is a flavorful Filipino dish that brings together tender milkfish, fermented bean cakes, and a savory mix of tomatoes, ginger, and garlic. The combination of vinegar, tausi, and tahure gives this dish a tangy, umami-rich flavor that pairs perfectly with steamed rice.
