Ingredients

For the cake

• 240 g all-purpose (wheat) flour (2 cups / 8.5 oz)
• 300 g granulated sugar (1 1/2 cups / 10.5 oz)
• 12 g baking powder (1 tablespoon)
• 120 ml corn oil (1/2 cup / 4 fl oz)
• 2 large eggs (about 120 g / 4.2 oz without shells)
• 80 g cocoa powder, preferably 70% (about 1 cup / 2.8 oz)
• 240 ml boiling milk (1 cup / 8 fl oz)

For the filling & frosting

• 400 g bittersweet chocolate, chopped (14 oz)
• 200 g heavy cream (3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons / 7 oz)
• 15 g butter (1 tablespoon / 0.5 oz)
• 2.5 ml hazelnut aroma or extract (1/2 teaspoon)

For decoration

• 1 pack chocolate ball candy
• 1 pack brigadeiro party candy
• 1 pack chocolate nugget candy
