Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 6 egg whites
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Butter or margarine (for greasing)
  • Parchment paper (to line the pan)

For the Coconut Filling (Coconut Shell):

  • 1 packet fresh shredded coconut
  • 1 can condensed milk

For the Coconut Syrup (Broth):

  • 200 g coarsely grated fresh coconut
  • 1 cup sugar

For the Ganache:

  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 400 g milk chocolate
