Ingredients:
For the Cake:
- 6 egg whites
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 tablespoons wheat flour
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Butter or margarine (for greasing)
- Parchment paper (to line the pan)
For the Coconut Filling (Coconut Shell):
- 1 packet fresh shredded coconut
- 1 can condensed milk
For the Coconut Syrup (Broth):
- 200 g coarsely grated fresh coconut
- 1 cup sugar
For the Ganache:
- 200 g heavy cream
- 400 g milk chocolate
