  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the creamy blue cheese dip

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (120 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (30 ml)
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (30 g)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, 5 ml)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
