Ingredients

  • 452 g (4 sticks / 2 cups) Country Crock Plant-Based Butter*
  • 300 g (1 ½ cups) granulated sugar
  • 400 g (2 cups) packed light brown sugar
  • 4 eggs equivalent of plant-based egg replacer**
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 806 g (6 ½ cups) all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 cups plant-based chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Notes on Ingredients:

  • *Other brands of plant-based butter may require adjustments (see procedure notes).
  • **Use Freely Vegan Egg, Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer, or 4 Tbsp ground flaxseed + 8 Tbsp water. Keep dry and wet portions separate for even distribution.
