For the Hazelnut Fudge Filling:

  • 280 g (1 cup) chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella)
  • 120 ml (½ cup) heavy cream
  • 70 g (½ cup) chopped toasted hazelnuts

For the Chocolate Frosting:

  • 230 g (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • 375 g (3 cups) powdered sugar
  • 75 g (¾ cup) cocoa powder
  • 2 g (½ tsp) salt
  • 120 ml (½ cup) heavy cream
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract

For the Ganache Drizzle:

  • 240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream
  • 170 g (1 cup) dark chocolate chips
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) butter

For Decoration:

  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • Chocolate curls
