  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tsp (2 g) smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp (1 g) dried thyme
  • 2 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
