• 250 ml pizza sauce or marinara sauce (1 cup)
• 150 g shredded mozzarella cheese (1½ cups / 5.3 oz)
• 100 g cooked sausage, pepperoni, or ground beef (3.5 oz)
• 75 g sliced mushrooms (½ cup / 2.6 oz)
• 60 g sliced black olives (½ cup / 2 oz)
• 50 g diced onion (⅓ cup / 1.7 oz)
• 5 g Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
