• 30 g unsalted butter (2 tablespoons)
• 1 small onion, finely diced (about 100 g / 3.5 oz)
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 240 ml heavy cream (1 cup)
• 120 ml chicken broth (½ cup)
• 60 g grated Parmesan cheese (½ cup / 2 oz)
• 5 g Cajun seasoning (1 teaspoon, or to taste)
• 2 g red pepper flakes (¼ teaspoon, optional)
