- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (16 g / 0.56 oz)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml / 0.17 fl oz)
- 1 2/3 cups fresh raspberries (250 g / 8.8 oz)
For Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 g / 2.1 oz)
- 2–3 teaspoons milk or cream (10–15 ml / 0.33–0.5 fl oz)
