Ingredients
For the Taco Filling
- 1 lb ground beef (450 g)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Water, as directed on seasoning packet
For the Creamy Cheese Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (225 g)
- 1/2 cup salsa (120 ml)
For Assembling
- 12 flour tortillas, 6-inch (15 cm)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (120 g / 4 oz)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (28 g / 1 oz)
- Cooking spray or oil for the baking tray
