Ingredients

For the Taco Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef (450 g)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Water, as directed on seasoning packet

For the Creamy Cheese Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (225 g)
  • 1/2 cup salsa (120 ml)

For Assembling

  • 12 flour tortillas, 6-inch (15 cm)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (120 g / 4 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (28 g / 1 oz)
  • Cooking spray or oil for the baking tray

Optional Toppings (After Baking)

  • Shredded lettuce
