Ingredients
For the Cake:
- 4 eggs, separated
- 200 ml / 7 fl oz milk
- 170 ml / 6 fl oz vegetable oil
- 1 glass brown sugar (approx. 100 g / 3.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup (100 g / 3.5 oz) white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g / 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 40 g / 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
For the Filling:
- 400 ml / 1 2/3 cups 36% heavy cream, chilled
- 250 g / 9 oz Nutella, at room temperature
- 1–2 sachets of whipped cream stabilizer (optional)
For the Glaze:
- 100 g / 3.5 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz heavy cream (30%)
- 1 tbsp vodka (optional)
- 100 g / 3.5 oz hazelnuts, finely chopped
