- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (15 ml / 0.5 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar (2 g / 0.07 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (2 g / 0.07 oz)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g / 0.03 oz)
White Sauce
- 1/4 cup vegan butter (60 g / 2 oz)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30 g / 1 oz)
- 3 1/4 cups soy milk or milk of choice (800 ml / 27 oz)
- 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese (100 g / 3.5 oz)
Lasagna
- 13 ounces fresh lasagna sheets (370 g / 13 oz)
- 3 1/2 cups vegan mozzarella cheese (350 g / 12 oz)
- 1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese (50 g / 1.8 oz)
