• 1 measure of mild olive oil yogurt (approx. 125 ml / 1/2 cup)
• 2 measures of sugar yogurt (approx. 250 g / 1 1/4 cups)
• 3 measures of flour yogurt (approx. 375 g / 3 cups)
• 1 packet baking powder (approx. 12 g / 1 tbsp)
• 200 ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) whipping cream
• Jam of choice (strawberry recommended)
• 100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate

For the Ganache (Coverage):

• 200 g (7 oz) couverture chocolate
• 100 ml (1/2 cup) liquid cream
