  • 4 g baking powder (1 tsp)
  • 340 g unsalted butter, room temperature (1½ cups)
  • 450 g granulated sugar (2¼ cups)
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 180 g sour cream, room temperature (¾ cup)
  • 22 ml pure vanilla extract (1½ tbsp)
  • 1½ tbsp instant coffee granules
