Ingredients
- 12 thick Richmond sausages
- 250 g (1 tub) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 500 g (about 4 medium) carrots, chopped
- 1 (400 g / 14 oz) tin chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato purée
- 1–2 teaspoons paprika, to taste
- 1–2 Aldi sausage casserole seasoning sachets (optional, for extra flavor)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 red bell pepper, chopped
